Design Philosophy

Moonlight, Silk, and Stillness

The design takes its cue from the Chinese concept of "yue" –the moon as a symbol of longing, reflection, and quiet beauty. The color palette drifts through moonlit neutrals: pearl, soft grey, warm ivory, and the faintest blush of dawn. These tones create a canvas that changes subtly with the day's light.

Furniture selections favor curved silhouettes and natural textures –a velvet sofa that invites lingering, a hand-knotted rug that softens every footstep, ceramic accents that catch lamplight like still water. The overall effect is a home that feels less designed than discovered: as if it had always existed, waiting for its inhabitants.
