Design Philosophy

Heritage in Every Detail

The design draws from the rich visual language of Vietnamese culture –the warmth of aged timber, the rhythm of woven bamboo, and the gentle glow of paper lanterns. Every material was selected to evoke authenticity: reclaimed teak for the structural columns, hand-woven rattan for the ceiling fans, and traditional medicine cabinet hardware for the bar front.

Lighting plays a central role in the experience. Rather than harsh overhead fixtures, we designed a layered illumination scheme: recessed spots for task lighting, woven pendant lamps for ambient warmth, and hidden LED strips to graze the lattice screens –creating depth and drama without overwhelming the intimate dining atmosphere.
