Building Brand Into Every Beam

For Urban One, the office had to do double duty: a functional workspace for a growing team, and an immersive showroom that demonstrates heavy timber construction to prospective clients. The design solution places timber at the heart of the experience —individual offices are encased in exposed timber frames, transforming everyday workspaces into structural exhibits that visitors can touch, see, and walk through.

Acoustic engineering was critical to making this open-concept design work. Central meeting rooms feature flexible, adaptable elements that support everything from focused brainstorming sessions to client presentations, while maintaining sound isolation from the surrounding workspace. The lobby's vibrant orange accents against warm wood create an immediate brand impression —professional, energetic, and unmistakably Urban One.
